Takashi has more than 25 years of experience as a branding / customer experience professional and international business leader with top management experience in marketing agencies. He spent 18 years at WPP agencies, including seven and a half years at J. Walter Thompson Shanghai – China, supporting the rapid business growth of Japanese and international brands. In 2018, he joined Publicis Groupe to launch a bespoke new agency for the digital transformation of a global automotive brand and took on the role of General Manager at Saatchi & Saatchi Tokyo. Most recently, he was managing director of Media.Monks Tokyo. Under his leadership, the team won numerous awards including Campaign Asia’s Agency of the Year for Creative Agency, New Business Team and Production.
Takashi joined the McCann Worldgroup family as Representative Director, President of McCann Erickson Japan Inc. and Craft Worldwide Inc. effective October 1, 2023.
