Since joining McCann Erickson as a new graduate, Kyoko has had a long tenure at the agency, primarily as a business leader for McCann’s global clients. After a short maternity and childcare leave, assisted the APAC CEO and President of McCann Worldgroup (MW) Japan. Played a key role as a founding member and agency ambassador in the establishment of the IPG Women’s Leadership Network Japan Chapter in 2018. After serving as Director of MW Operations, she was appointed MW’s Chief of Staff, assisting in overseeing operations of MW agencies under the Japan CEO’s direction from May 2023. Elevated to Head of Operations role in Nov 2024.
