In Japan, in line with the global program, a workshop with all employees has been held since DFM 1.0 in 2019.
Through purposefully designed communities, our global network comes together to form meaningful connections and foster belonging, affirming culture & inclusion as key drivers of creativity & innovation.
The Women’s Leadership Network aims to be the force for gender equality and opportunity for women within IPG.
In Japan, we have joined and collaborated with external organizations such as the UN Women to help to understand the gender-equality challenges they may be facing and then leverage those learnings to tirelessly advocate for every colleague to contribute to creating a more inclusive workplace where IPG women can thrive.
